rubz: diba floating agents are still paid? correct me if I'm wrong ha.. unless dili sila pa.log-in or ipa.VTO, sabut-able nga di jud paid. I thought Kodiak was also ramping up?

Oh, and pwede ra mo.ask, murag you know a lot about how stream works..pwede mangutana? Ang Xbox ba, pwede mo.dawat ug CSA-1 or 2 after 6 months of being in Stream.? I understand na CSA 1 = TSA 0, but pwede ba mang.apply gihapon? What about being in Stream for around 3 months ra, pwede mang.apply QA? Opening man gud sa Intuit...internal hires rasad so far.. (or ambisyoso ra ba? hehe) ...What's it like being in Intuit QA/ Xbox agent?

Usually after one month of OPS.. basta di jud ka ka.abot atong murag "contract" nimo nga dapat minimum performance, tan.awon ka sa mga supervisors for reprofiling and i.defend ka sa imong TL, if worth it. hehe. tbh, akong miga nga no callcenter exp. and first job niya, gi.easy2 rman niya, dako man gihapon kaayo siyag scores.? nuon, bright man sad to, pero yeah. 400+ agents sa intuit, 30 raman na.reprofile. Daghan man "kahagbongon" ug "bugoon" but gihatagan ug chance. ehehe.

ggp: mao jud! kasuway jud ko ana. SUpposed to be, akoa ang usa ka contract. minatay jud. Wala pay date, wa pajuy account name, and I was only given 45 mins to read and sign everything. ahaka ato uy. Gigamyan bya ko sa basic pay. haha.

^^ang floating agents kay gpa VTO man..luoy lgeh kaayo sila...not like sauna na etel pa na you get paid bisag floating.....and sorry i cant answer anything bout xbox....di man gud koh swito ana na account....and about intuit nag hiring diay sila ug QA? la lgeh koi idea ana....ang ako nahibaw.an kay ang intuit karon ga ramp down and di pa sila mo promote ug agents...pero if ga ramp up ang account bisag di pa ka regular and taas imo scores pwede jud kaayo mo apply for a higher position....

If mo.check ka sa mainstream, hiring man. Akong amiga nangulit man gud nako. Wala siya gi"send" to all sa outlook, naa ra tanan sa mainstream, kung naa bay taw mangukay ana. Nangukay siya, kita siyag opening. Wa man sad nagspecify ug mga unsa2x nga qualifications nga tenureship or unsa. hehe. igo ra "good at this and that" hehehe.

Not sure if open pa now though, and it's only internal hiring. hehe. Diba promotion is every 6months? Sayang. lahi rjud ang etel.
