Blackberry Users: Need your help!

Hei guys,

i need your help in registering my old BB for BIS.

it just wont accept my PIN or IMEI. Keeps saying that i have it in a invalid PIN/IMEI format.

I checked my phone's STATUS, at the back of my phone and even thru *#06# if I'm using the right PIn/IMEI and its all the same but still showing me the same error. I also tried using all 3 major mobile carriers i am using (Globe, Smart and Sun) and it wont work.

Can anyone help me out on this? Please?
