    Default call center interview


    naa koi 1yr callcenter experience sa akong first company nga gi applayan, ning resign ko kaimo balhi ko og lain company..
    og nadawat ko sa kato nga company unfortunately wa ko na regularized. 4 months rako adto. wa na daun ko nag work for a year. nag tambay sa ko.
    karon kai mangapply npd kog BPO companies..

    guys need help in answering some possible interview questions..

    1.)why did you left your previous company?
    -motug.an ko nga wa ko ma regularize or naay much better na answer?
    kai if mo tug.,an ko nga wa ko ma regularize.. for sure naa mana follow questions such as:
    @ nganu wa ko ma regular?
    @ unsa akong weakness nga mao nahimo reason wa ko maregularize..og daghan pa kaau..

    tabangi ko mga estroyans please..

    bai, ikaw rajud tawn makaanswer ana imong questions. unsaon gud tawn namo pagkabaw ngano wala ka maregular. wala pud mi kaila nimo para mohatag mi sa imong weakness. kanang daghan pa kaayo na pangutana ikaw rajud tawn makatubag ana. research using google. since you have 1yr experience makabaw naka unsa ang field so kabaw ka what to expect.

    lain pud kaayo akoy moingon wala ka maregular kay you have bad grammar and poor sentence construction churva. lain pud kaayo kami pay mosulti nimo ngano nihawa ka sa imong previous company.. diba? diba?

    tell them the real reason why you left.
    make sure that all your answers will end in a relatively positive note. (assure them that you will incorporate your best practices, especially for absence and tardiness)

    @cococrunch ang iya pasabot kay unsay dpat nyang e tubag..iya bang ipa negative sulti or
    lain way nga ma positive..nga dle xa madaot sa iyang applyan..wla xa mo ana nga unsay tubag
    sa iyang mga pangutana..LOL

    @TS e.sulti na lang bro kng unsa jd ang reason..make it positive paminawn sa interviewer nga
    dle ka madaot..Honesty..if tnuod man gd imo reasons magkatugma jd tanan nmo e tubag..be
    prepared sa imo mga e tubag and then again be Honest...

    wala pako ka trabaho TS ...but i've read some articles about interviews a while ago...

    10. Lying about anything. However much you might wish that you could change the facts about why you left your last job or say that you finished your degree when you really didn't, lying in a hiring process is an instant deal-breaker. Employers want to hire candidates with integrity, not people who show they're willing to lie. And while you might think you won't get caught, you never know whom your employer might know who knows the truth...

    maybe you say it how you feel about the company in a positive way..butangi dayon og "But"...

    i know. spoon feeding him with answers to the questions can make it worse for his application. plus there's already a thread about it and he can use google. choose the one that best fit your scenario.

    you can tell the recruiter you are not happy with your standing and you don't feel challenged with the tasks given to you. although, it was your priority to be regularized, you are also concerned about the future and the stability of your career.

    i can blast answers here but i don't even know what happened with your previous career.

    lisod pud kung i spoon feed og tubag kay kung ma tymingan maau mo sikot2 ang nag interview syakoy jud ka...

    pero gamiti lang og ninja moves imong tubag bai mogawas ranang palusot nimo kailangan consistent pud ka sa imong mga palusot walay ratol mode
