hello xeno! my bf wants to gain weight and build muscles.. nag start na siya gym karon pero i dont see any changes man.. and he was planning to take supplements.. please give your suggestions if unsa na mga food iya include sa diet and necessary bah to take supplements?

mitchee.. how long na cya nag gym? if you can indicate his diet/nutrition, it could also help, and i think xeno may ask for details as i could suggest to let him take in protein atleast 0.8-1 grm per lbs of body weight. complex carbohydrates for every meal, such as oats, wheat, and other whole grain products, veggies, yams, sweet potatoes. then after workout let him eat egg whites/whey protein if possible as it is easily absorbed by the body along with sugars to make use of the insulin response after workout..

ok ra... supplementation na cya, usually taken before workout to avoid muscle breakdown.. but dli ra isa ka tablitas imo imnon.. though complete amino acid profile cya but still what is 2 grms? hehehe
