Share ko lang isang fact na I've learned from my derma. Plucking the underarm causes underarm skin darkening. kaya if u want white underarms, avoid plucking daw. Try other alternatives like IPL.
build muscle to burn more fat.. easy to say.. hard to do.. i've read a lot about not taking carbohydrates before and after workout.. 1hr before workout will give you energy to do better in your workout.. simple explanation.. after workout.. your body needs refueling.. same principle with having breakfast.
this is another myth... i drink alot of cold/ preferably ice cold water before, after and during workouts.. i'm still able to get a low bodyfat liquid is liquid... whatever you intake is the same.. cold water will help burn calories as your body breaks down fat to convert it to the same temperature.. and anyway.. i never had indigestion doing this for 6 years..

Why is glutathione called the master antioxidant?
