Heh so the CFFL is still going strong? Namnori so you coach too? In CFFL are you allowed to mix up the front box? If its 9 on 9 I mean........

@Big. As far as what I have read in the rules, the nose tackle must still line up straight up on the center, and the defensive ends cannot line up outside of the outer shoulder of the corresponding lineman.
It was just decided that the CFFL would be 9 man ineligible (with contact) so everything is not totally clear. I have been told by my team manager that there would be blitzing allowed and loading up on the D line. It's confilicting, so I'll ask specific questions and post more details after the holidays when people get back inot the swing of things and it can be made crystal clear.

Blocking is allowed everywhere on the field, as long at it is above the waist and obviously not in the back.

But you're not in Cebu now, right? If you are, we of course welcome the competition. The more teams that are involved, the better. It will give more people a chance to play the game and the sport will become more popular here. I already know that at least one new team will be joining the next CFFL season that starts the end of this February.
