...unsa pa may laing bayranan aside sa pag-purchase sa condo unit & pay sa electric bills?

...naa pa ba ka ha`y lain bayranan sa taxes? or monthly payment sa mga guards or sa mga facilities sa whole building or shall we say "hidden charges.." - at least aware sad mi... Questions are come from the starters like me.

@Wire, aside from the expected utility bills every month, studio dues(condo dues) are 5xx pesos per month.... loft is 9xx per month.

---Condo Dues (like every condo's around the city) pays for guards, cleaning, maintenance and so on. . .
