Timeline sucks... I hate the fact na ma.trace sa imong mga friends tanan events sa imong life. That's why I never enabled it... karon, compulsory na padong.. seesshhh >.>

In a few days daw, e-migrate na daw automatically atong mga account to the new Timeline, according to the yellow note I have on my Facebook homepage. Batia ra ba sa timeline, unorganized kaayo, samok sa mata, maglibog ta asa ta angay mutan.aw. Mas nindot unta ang original kay streamlined tanan; gi-usa ra ang tanan entries, dili samok tanawn. Karon kay nagkayamukat ang agi, nasobraan ang effort magpa "in." Gimmicky ra kaayo. I know some people may think nga "basta naa'y changes, mangreklamo jud ang mga tao," pero I really doubt that's the case here. This isn't the same as when they introduced the newly revamped chat feature on Facebook, nya nangreklamo ang mga tao. Taod2x na kaha nang Timeline. Nag-contest pa gani na ang mga tao before kung kinsa'y makauna og migrate sa ilang account to the new Timeline; e-announce pa nila sa ilang wall nga "Yay! I now have the new timeline!" Ako wa jud ko mupaak, kay ever since I first saw unsay itsura sa Timeline, wa jud ko nagka-interest kay hugawan ko sa layout.

The concept, supposedly, is to show the person's "timeline," say from the day he was born to his graduation day to the day he and his wife had their first child and whatever. It's a stupid concept! I only use Facebook to stay in touch with my friends, to occasionally share some photos, to post the occasional status updates, and then that's it. I have no desires to let everybody know about ALL the developments and the disappointments that happen in my life...The Timeline is useless for me. And no way am I going to hand anyone the power to trace the occurrences in my life, year by year, that easily. At least before, if they must do that, they'd have to hunt the posts one by one. Worst comes to worst, I might just forget about Facebook altogether. I deleted my Friendster long before Facebook became mainstream, and wala ra man nuon ko gimingaw. If idelete nako ako Facebook, di ra pud guro ko mingawn. If naa man gani new social networking site mo pop up, I might sign up...we'll see. It's not imperative that I have a social networking homepage anyway; there's always email and IM.

Na walay ayo.. Naghimo gyod ko lain acccount because of Timeline.. pero mandataory naman jud daw.. Hehe. for everyone else the rollout begins.
