Is there such a thing as TIN-SSS-PHILHEALTH all-in-one Digital ID?

Union Bank won't accept my TIN ID since it isn't the Digital one, so I'm thinking of getting mine digitized. But my sister told me not to bother since there is now a TIN-SSS-Philhealth ID. Is this true or she's just being crazy?

akong officemate mga 1year + before nakuha niya ang id.. i dunno if normal raba kaha na or nalangay lang ug mail sa post office padung sa among opisina..
