    Supplements aren't necessary. What you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit. Eat less than you burn then you lose weight. That simple. If you're not losing weight than you're still eating more than you burn. So reduce what you eat.

    Low reps, high reps. Doesn't matter. Go to the gym and push till failure to stimulate muscle growth.
