Customers will also have to cooperate with the DTI by reporting those instances that we know of so that the DTI can do something about them. It's impossible to police all stores all the time.

Debit Cards are good as CASH . It is normal for a surcharge on a CREDIT CARD bisan asa mo sa kalibutan . It is also always cheaper to buy merchandise in cash . Whats the fuzz all about ?? This is not only the in the Philippines but all overt he world .
" A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. " - 2nd Amendment , Bill of Rights of the United States of America
it's always wise to only use credit cards for emergency purposes to avoid unnecessary surcharges.. debit cards are ok.. i don't carry cash at all, i only use a debit card..

when you buy computer items in the US there is no surcharge using credit cards
when you go to a factory outlet in the US with all the discounts.... you don't get surcharges....
Surcharges mean on top of the listed price...
if the shoe sells for 1,500 pesos.... if you use the credit card they will punch in the credit card terminal 1500+ 5% which makes the total amount 1,575.00
so in your credit card statement it 1,575.00 for a shoe that has a price tag of 1,500
If that is not a FUZZ i don't know what is a FUZZ
the FUZZ is naay balaud sa diri sa Pinas nga nag dumili sa pag patong ug surcharges on using credit cards. OK ra sa lain nasud if naa silay surcharge kay wla man silay balaod nga nag dumili.Originally Posted by SPRINGFIELD_XD_40
Mao nay nka bati diri sa pinas. Nindot kaayong mga balaud... dili mapatuman
