    @francis, abellana raman ko jog. ahee. choks naman gamay ang oval. mas gnhan gani ko run at least flat najud kaayu. di pareha sauna mag sakit akong ankle kay nay daghan lumps. labangon man amo gud nia layuan nako muadto ayala.
    @botoy, agooooooy. paspas ko mulakaw pero di ko paspas mudagan. hahahahahahahha.

    Nikkai...idol,,nakasulay naka gamit ug knee brace anang imung torn ACL??....kung mild partial tear rana pwede ra na sya ug knee brace basta avoid lang gyud ug activities that do a lot of knee twisting or sudden leg turns..

    kun grabe gyud ang pagka gisi sa imong knee ACL,,,tsk2x.. murag kinahanglang gyud nag surgery or complete healing before ka maka engage ug active running sports,,,,naka pa-check naka ug doktor aai? mas maayo gani kun nag pa MRI ka sa imong affected knee para makita gyud ang extent sa damage.

    Ako....wala pay tuig karon gikan sa pagka injured sa akong right knee (partial torn ACL gihapon) acquired from other extra curricular sports last year hehe.......more or less 6 months gyud ko naga avoid ug bisag unsang leg twisting activities (apil na ang shatung ana)...pero less than a month gikan sa akong pagka injured nagsugod nako ug self-rehab sa akong injury by doing leg strengthening exercises and cycling pero naa gyud knee support (much better kung knee brace).. then much later on naga sugod nako ug jog2x...hangtud na-adik na noun sa dagan2x..hangtud nagtuga-tuga na ug dagan ug mga fun runs

    so far so good paman, salamat sa DIYOS wla man tawn mi grabe ako torn ACL,,,napulihan ug shin splints hahahahaha,,,,pero di lang gyud ko mu-OVER train....I don't run when I'm hurting...but I drink when I'm broken hearted Bwahahahahahha. (jok onle)

    abellana man sad mi sauna.. basin balik mi didto nig ka ayo na jud.. pero nka uyon na man mi sa ayala gud.. one loop kay 1k nmn gud.. plus nindot kaayu ang hangin kay daghan kaayu kahoy.. relaxing kaayu..

    @takas bahay, idol. wala. ahahaha. more than 3 years nani nako nga injury. tungod manis wrong footworks nako sa badminton gud. tsk. perting kuto jud. gahapon 6km rajud nakaya sa akong knee. very slow pace pajud. as in very slow. haha.
    @iang, as in? pila ka years nimo ang imo torn acl? wala paman ko nag pa advise ug doctor gud. hehe
    @francis, mga istoryans sad imong kuyog?

    my run gahapon. wa ka sugakod. murag wa ka get over sa previous run. hahah
    akong jog murag galakaw nalang ko kay nagpatagad ang tuhod. hahaha
    plus naa pajud koy katabi while jogging. samot hurot hanging. hahahah
    very slow pace and short jog. but still im happy kay naka straight ko'g 2km run.



    thursday nalang sa siguro ko mubalik ug run kay papahuwayon sa nako akong baby. haha

    btw, unsa inyo ma.suggest na earphones for running ang earphones sa ako ipod man gud kai cge ka.tang2 or if singot na kaayo ko dili na mabati ang kanta hehehe

    hmmm... ang earphones sa ipod kay kusog naman. if sige ka tangtang kay basin lihok ra kaau imong ulo. hehe... ayaw lang pag yango2x samtang gadagan
