DESIGN

We provide architectural services for your housing design requirements. As a design company we have dozens of stock designs to choose from tailored to your space requirement, design taste or budget. We also have creative in-house architects that can help you customize your house according to your specifications. They will be their to guide you through the design process starting from day one.

We use the latest AutoCAD, 3D softwares to guide you through these ardous and elaborate design process and make it simplified by letting you choose our stock designs and or manipulate our existing designs to tailor fit it to your design taste, meterial preference or space requirements.

BUILD

And as a builder, we have experienced construction team ready to serve you. With our years of experience in the construction business, we always know what’s best for you, giving you that expert advice to minimize unnecessary expenditures and risks. Quality is our primary concern in building every house, that’s why we choose only what is best for you and your dream house, making sure every detail counts.

We have built mutal trust with our accredited suppliers by always checking that they will supply us quality and reliable raw materials. We already know what is the right materials for a given budget or project.

With our starting model at P900K, here you can stretch your budget within yours pocket reach by availing our 15 years loan term at 11% fixed interest rate per annum. This is the lowest interest rate there is in the market to date! We require only 30% equity.

Plus this is an in-house financing that is tailored to your budget requirement making it easy to avail and afford. What’s more, we finance your house up to 70% of your budget requirement. As an in-house financing, we are flexible to deal with and we can find ways to stretch your budget to lower your monthly amortization.
