no buyer or seller can be forced to deal with anyone against his/her will. if the seller, even at the last minute, decided to back out from the deal, it is perfectly fine. in like manner, if the buyer back out at the last minute, there should be no hard feelings. thats the way it is. live with it and MOVE ON.
