Good afternoon. My friend from Manila will be moving here in Cagayan de Oro City. He needs a fast and reliable dsl plan for he will be working from home. My question is which ISP offers the best upload speeds? He will be using a similar service to skype.Thanks!

but wala man koy budget para pang call center na ISP oi kana ra residential na taas ang upload speed
