    Theres a way that you can lower the cost of acquiring a permit but dli pud maayo. as for the prof fee i think its 10% of the total amount of the building if im not mistaken.

    There are a lot along the A.S. Fortuna stretch, sir. We were able to get quotes from Fine Impressions and Mobelhaus for prefab modular kitchens. Around 56 to 75k for simple designs. Naa pod toy small shop... I think JS something ang name... just along the road.

    ^^ 30cm pra ligon. but some would have it spaced longer pra mksave

    master, basin kahibaw ka if unsaon man pag duco fining kanng mga doors? I know mga automative paints man na sya but I'm not sure sa procedures.

    Ini ra akong kahibaw.an

    sand the surface
    apply some automotive lacquer primer
    sand again
    put some lacquer spot putty
    then last is the automotive lacquer paint

    mao ba mga master

    sa petronne bro. mahatag man cla ug discounts pud. pro wla ko nipalit ug ficem boards sa ila. shera board ako gamit mas lesser sa hardiflex ug price. sa cetnral lumber ang shera board.
