I also have the same problem sa TS. Tabangi tawn mi ninyo. Desperate na kaayo ko.
naka-take ko b4 ug supplements na gikan somewhere. 3days after ko start take, niburot na ko sugod. gradual. ni-start sa akong ankle dapit then sa akong underarm region. lami gyud kaayo akong kaon (as in namnam) and tulog like mantika. i forgot lang the name ato nila coz dugay na to.
ang akong gi problema kay pagpa daot. bali ta haha
just eat and eat and eat and eat![]()
same ta ug situation but I consider being thin as a gift and not as a problem because there are a lot of people out there wishing to have a figure like ours...

share lng ko sa ako opinion. in order to gain weight, you must consume more calories, and spend less, you must remember that when your not putting anything in your mouth wont gain weight. supplements are supplements, what i mean about this is that we should not be dependent with these supplements, cause the main purpose of these supplements is just to supplement what we cannot get from the food that we eat. so if your eating right, then it is not necessary to take supplements na![]()
I agree with the others kaon lang jud pirmi. I think ang whey (katong really big jars nga imnon na Mga gapadako ug lawas) Kay makatambok sad.

mao sad na ako problema sa una...pero wala ko mopalit ana mga supplement nga patambok...nag gym rako na tarong tarong naman ko tan awon karon...ahihihi sa una 115lbs ra dyud ko 5'7'', karon 134lbs nako. murag sakto sakto na pero kulang pa gamay
