Some people do really have that other evil side in them. It usually appears when they are mad, upset, angry or even when depressed. Sadly, when they turn evil, they become uncontrollable, insensitive and mean. It comes to a point when they would even try/want to do something bad just to get even with you. I just think that this kind of attitude has some sort of psychological issues or perhaps some unresolved problems from childhood that might have planted the seed of this 2nd personality or just so to say to have this kind of characteristic.

Its best to understand why this personality is there and what is the cause. Patience (mostly from the partner) is very important. Someone should be able to guide the person and understand what that person is feeling. And if things become worse then get help from a professional.
