College degree and a stable job matters to me before settling down. Its an assurance for our future. Its just being practical. So to answer your question, it does matter.

ganahan ko ani dah if ur partner is responsible, most likely nakahuman jud nag college/degree holder cya. he will always find a way nga mkahuman sa iyang pag eskwela. practical wise, it matters but wouldnt be the biggest factor in a relationship. ^^
