meaning ana mo interfere sila while your answering their question is "they don't take your answer seriously"....she don't know the word rapport .... tingalig hadlok to inig maka expound kag maayo, nya dili na sya ka ahead sa imong mga terms..may be she needs dictionary for that...hehehe "sa akong na bashan sa imong mga experience pao "unprofessional sila mo dala sa ilang position"...

Bitw miss, bag o pa gni ka..well anyway that is your opinion, I mean you really don't know yet the whole thing about that company..I was there from the time they started as Direct Access so definitely I know everything about them even the COO.. so if I were you, think hundred times if you are going to continue with them or not cause maybe, 1 month lng after ana, bye2x na..coz if you can't hit the quota ky Goodbye to you without any further discussion... This is my POV..so Good luck to you!!!
I will feel insulted if the 1 conducting the intrview suddenly interrupts me when im still answering ky usually mo.ask mn jd na sila if naa pa ba ka idungag. I'd rather wrk in a co.who values their employees..just my 2 cents...

Definitely..the reason why grabeh akong kasuko with this company because of the way they treat me which is really bad..personalan kau ang HR dri.. ngano kaha na xa..hahay... So for those who are looking for a job, important tip, don't think about the salary they offer, think about their credibility as a company and the way they treat their EMPLOYEES.... hahaiz kung experience lang grabeee and DA! application process pa lang daan ni take ug 2pm until 1am una pa nahuman.While i was on training gibasa ra tanan ang slides for the sake of reading ra jud, den dritso dial!! Right amega, short jud sila sa chairs, walay tissue ang mga CR, nag nihit pa jud ug cubicles,ug dili in ana ka neat ang computers unlike other call centers. I mean they dont pay much attention to cleanliness! upon receiving the first allowance, KULANG ug 2 days unya taxable d ay? allowance is NOT taxable raba? Ni reklamu mi,, kutob ra didto, wa jud silay action..Ang HR,feeler all-knowing sa processess, sayup2 d ay..They were not consistent.. For the voice account-QUOTA lang daan pugaon ka ug maayu and they do have SUPERIORS nga dili considerate.They want you to show numbers EVERYDAY!sukol paka ana?? Ug naa pa jud, they have internal hires and external hires for the voice account but guess what? DAKU deperenxa ang salary sa duha, they offer bonuses sa external na hinuon compare sa internal nga mao man unta dapat ilang tagaan priority! as in like me internal hire 6k den akung kauban 8.5k. Pareho ra man unta mi scope sa work but why lahi man?? hahahha ngilngig jud ni sila.. BOW naku..hehe.. Please dont be deceived by the signage nga they'll over as much as 30k,sure ko dili sila in ana ka daku nga company who can literally give it to you.. Too good to be true rah..to sum it all up, LOOK FOR A STABLE JOB AND A COMPANY THAT WOULD GIVE IMPORTANCE TO YOU. WITH DIRECT ACCESS THEY'LL TREAT YOU AS ROBOTS!
