For Jack of All trades and master of none. IMO, it is good that you'd be familiar with a lot of technologies - Jack of all trades. Because with a field like ours, where things are updated frequently and new things keeps popping up, if you'd stay in one place you'd get stuck. But it is advisable if you'd be able to at least be comfortable with one area. e.g. "I know the basics of java, ruby and perl, but I'm comfortable with C#." - something like this.
Dont forget SQL for database.
