nice ni TS, ako-a gamay ika-tampo..dapat naa pud mini mart (or sari-sari store lng), pwede pud naay tapsilogan (or bsag noodles, pansit canton & etc.)..para dli n mo-gawas kung gutom cla..hehe!

plus n ang (small) internet cafe, ikaw r isa ani?

study center is a good thing to make around the USC - TALAMBAN.... coz there are so many schools around... such as B.R.I.G.H.T. Academy, Marie Ernestine, Woodridge, Southcrest etc. but i would suggest you look for a place nga naa parking space... or where kids are safe to be dropped off... in rosedale... mura naa new building extension... try asking... and there is one... near cheavers... across sto. nino village... newly built lang nah siya... inquire there...

pwede mo apply sa imong study center?... hehehehe...
