Mr. President, LandBank CEO, OWWA CEO, there is a solution to provide our less abled friends/brothers and sisters to be productive and achieve self-sustainability. Please help to me to teach them how to produce fish/vegetable rather than giving them fish. There is no need for greed and hunger to exist and prevail.

Default Re: OFW re-integration program of OWWA -

I have visited once OWWA office in Cebu to check the requirements to apply for OFW pre-departure loan assistance program.
The maximum amount they can release is 3 times equivalent of your monthly remuneration and not more than 25K Php.
During that time, I'm drawing a salary of more than 25K Php.So, obviously 25K ra gyud ila ma-issue sa akoa if nedayon pa ko pag-apply.
I decide not to proceed with my application kay grabeh kadaghan ug kakuti sa requirements.
that part jud nah I have to produce 2 or 3 co-makers that has stable jobs, at least 3 to 5 years tenureship, or at least a government employee.
Hasta jud! IMHO, 25K Php less deducted with applied interest (advance) it's not worth the hassle and pagpanghango ug pabor sa mga tawo to act as your co-maker.

I'm not sure if nausab na ang pamaagi karon. I hope dili nila higpitan kaayo kay prebilihiyo man kaha nah?

Why don't you try calling or contacting the media, try Bobby Nalzaro or kinsa ba kaha, I recon naa man to nag post sa cell number ni Bobby Nalzaro diri.
Thanks for your valued suggestion and reaction. Your suggestion is already in the pipeline apart from the lawyer I am talking to. I am planting the "seeds" for people to take notice of my situation and not make "bagulbol" here and there. Nevertheless, most are really not interested or have any pecuniary interest and some wait and see.

( 3 kinds of people - people who make things happen, people who watch things happen and people who don't know what is happening) I am making this as a test-case of learning how to unite and organize people for a common cause towards doing something about our government instead of blaming and blaming the government. (We as persons are the government - the officials that I am calling their attention are actually "our employees" - Pnoy said that himself - we are his boss)

This is a multi-prong approach and will try to cover as much ground as I can and hopefully before I lose steam.
This is also not a black-propaganda, but a rally for change and improvement of government support and service. This is a true and realistic scenario and does not intend to malign anyone.
This is not intended to transgress the law of God - thou shalt not bear false witness against they neighbor.

I hope people can later "connect-the-dots" to give them a picture of what this is all about. Simply stated, the government has to be aware of my cause and support food production for poverty alleviation. It is a simple as that.

I think si Mr. President, Landbank CEO ug si OWWA, dili man tingale mo basa ug or mo log-in diri sa istorya.net. Mas motanaw pa tingale to sila ug "ako Budoy ug Darna" kay sa mo post or mobasa diri sa istorya.net.

Sorry bro, did not mean to offend anyone. peace. .\/..
Bro, you don't have to be sorry but I thank you for asking. I am well aware of what you said about pres, owwa, landbank, and my lone "voice" in the wilderness - not reading istorya. Just like a howling wolf; somehow, I hope that by howling, this will echo through out the world someday and will impact the "ears" of those concerned, whether I am still alive or dead by then. The good thing about wolves, is they echo and echo and echo and creates fear among their adversaries..it creates an atmosphere of power and the tool is in front of us.

For those istoryans who are irritated, please forgive me for the annoyance and bear with me while I climb through the uphill struggle - a lonely voice from the wilderness, howling for change and improvement for benefit of the majority, alleviation of poverty and assistance to the poorest of our poor...

Default Know who is the boss - we are!!

PNoy said it already time and time again - We are the boss and we are his boss - Unfortunately, most of us(BOSSES) really are not aware of what a BOSS should be and what a BOSS expects from his employees. So instead of being the BOSS, most are just content to be like mere lambs/chicken - and do not really know that we have such power of being the BOSS.

Once again, for evil to prevail and exist it is enough that the good BOSS do not do anything but tolerate it. Turn a blind eye and leave the work for the Good Samaritan to clean up. Instead of making "bagulbol" we should behave like we are the BOSS (Not arrogantly but with humility). It is important to understand that as the BOSS we have the right to "hire and to fire" those we employed. We have so many "rights" unfortunately, 80% just whimper with their tails between their legs - like a scared puppy. Let us starting thinking like a BOSS and work like a BOSS and not accept sloppy and inefficient service.

Airport tax? wa diay ginansya atong airport? So for me, wa jud tawn gamit ning POEA og OWWA. So kung naa man gani benefits silang gipanghatag, ato ra nang kwarta gipatuyok.

Eve, you are exactly right. You know that, I know that, almost every one knows that. That is, it is our money and we have to make sure it is used properly and productively. However, "they" will use it the way "they" want it if we allow it to be. The Philippines is a very very rich country, there is no need for greed or hunger or violence. "They" will continue to use and abuse what "we have-own" as long as we remain the "passive and innocent by-standers". As I have repeatedly mentioned, for evil to exist and prevail it is enough that good men do nothing. We can put a stop to all these and create a change if we want to, the solution is already in front of us, we just need to unite and organize. There is a purpose for all these agencies and well conceived but if we do not "drive them" they will "drive us". The government is our company - PNoy has already said that, we are his Boss, we should demand what is expected and what we want and how we want it. Until such that we do not know how do to it, those who are suppose to be "public servants" will become the "masters", they become "our masters", it is in our hands to make the change, we have what it takes and the tools are in front of us waiting to be utilized - just need to unite and organize. We just need to have the common objective that is for the good of everyone - no need for greed or hunger or violence to exist. There is nothing like the richness of the Philippines..and I bet there is not one country in the world is richer than our country. It is because of our "passivity" that we are where we are right now..."

Default Are you ready to be the Boss of PNoy ??

Are you ready to be the Boss of PNoy ?? Or do we just leave it to the(elected officials) to do what they want ?? Shall we continue to be the oblivious "Lukewarm Christians", and turn a blind eye to what is happening around us while 4.5 MILLION FILIPINOS are INVOLUNTARILY HUNGRY.

There are two choices - Either we are the lukewarm-christians or do something about what we know and we see. This is a so called "Christian Country" - there are 4.5 MILLION FILIPINOS involuntarily hungry. How could you sit down in your churches and with your church leaders and religous organization and praise and sing all the B.S. to God and His Son, while 4.5 Million Filipinos are hungry. Please do something, be the BOSS of PNOY.

I am an OFW mga bossing and I am applying for this OWWA Reintegration Loan in Davao City since November of last year. So far, wala pa silay update sa Training nga iconduct sa OWWA as requirement sa loan nga ipasa daw nila sa LBP.

Nabasa nako ang tibuok thread, ana jud ba kalisod ang pag-award sa Landbank given you've conducted full-study of the project? I am planning to put-up my own Travel and Tour Agency, that would help the tourism industry and provide employment to the community. And I am also risking my job for 5 years here outside of the country to pursue this business and to be with my family.

So murag labo pa diay ni hehe...

Please keep us posted especially sa mga nag-apply pud ani na Reintegration loan, para mahibawo ta kung naa ba jud ni.

    Thanks
    PandeCoco Martin
