    Great information. No doubt that health is precious. Health begins with the food we eat. If we will eat healthy food we can live healthy life. For a great health we should avoid junk food and eat simple and natural food like fruits and vegetables because these are best food for health.

Please help to me to teach them how to produce fish/vegetable rather than giving them fish. There is no need for greed and hunger to exist and prevail. Please Mr. President, through your OFW - reintegration program allow me to teach our less abled friends, brothers and sisters. We can make a difference in their lives and the lives of everyone.
