It's kinda hard for Monica when the person who's calling is impolite and not even answering her simple question.

Her policy is three days before but she was doing you a HUGE favor by trying to schedule you in since you asked if you could have the cake the next day. You would not give her a definite time.

Ako na noon ang "Impolite"? I was even smiling when talking to her but she sounded RUDE! HUGE FAVOR? For interrupting every time I ask some questions? She cuts me off every time I say something, that's why I got mad and told her that I need it tomorrow. She's not letting me finish and yes, I am offended by that! And it's so "nice" of you calling me impolite when you are not the one talking to me on the phone. I was smiling and excited when I talked to her, I even waited for 5-6 mins on the phone since I am happy that I found nice designs for my niece's cake.

I was "Impolite" because I waited for several minutes? The first lady who answered the call told me to wait twice, I said yes. And a guy (was it you?) told me to wait since the in-charge was taking her baby to sleep, and I said "sure no problem" while smiling. Then talked to "Monica" while being excited about giving the details for the cake. Was that impolite to her? Or to you?

She keeps on interrupting, very sarcastic and sounded arrogant. And that's polite? Hhmmm OKAY?!

And you say she asked a simple question? YES indeed, simple but sounded arrogant, rude and demanding! Can't she be a little nicer when asking?

But I guess she doesn't care, coz who am I compared to your MILLIONS of "Clients". Losing 1 "potential" customer is not hard compared to losing "current" customers.

I called since I really liked your designs and was hoping I can bring it for my niece's birthday and make her happy. But I guess I'll just stick to those who are not so good on designs, but are a bit nicer to their customers.

BTW .....do you have ba a pic of Anton's pirate ship? Lemme know lang kung wala so I can post it here as well. That cake was the bomb, girl! Anton was looking at the falcon kanina and I said....NOT THAT ONE!!! Waaah! hahaha
