    @raine, no offense btw. what i meant is recruiters will not hire high qual/experienced employees if they will just pay a not-so high rate. theoretically, if people know/realize their worth, skills, knowledge, capabilities etc etc they will eventually become someone management will not like- if expectations from both sides are not meet negative effect will happen. or sometimes, if their demands, expectations, compensation is unjustifiable, the employee might leave early or will not work properly.
    though, i know mngt is taking care of your career,(somehow) your compensation (no offense) is barely enough that you might can't save and will only last til the next payday. or might can save a little.

    i know we have different perception and mentalities. i once was an agent before who thinks only for survival til the next payday but a lot of different things happen before each payday. the realization i meant is the moment you feel that you are working just to pay debts and you can only enjoy life if there's an extra amount left. we should work not for our debts but to have a better life in the future. char

    haha so serious @bloodguilt? it was an opinion and a theory. wala ko magbagulbol and i said no offense.
    niexplain rako ngano ang ipang hire sa recruiters kay mga low qual. companies will pay premium if mga high qual/experienced ila ihire na pwede raman mga low qual makabuhat.

    lahi lahi ta, so you might have your own personal reason for staying there, naa pud koy akoa.

    @Cococrunch dli sad me low qual oi. cguro tungod kay gipili namo nalang na mo padayon usa tungod sa panginahanglan, dli mansad lalim kung mgpadalos dalos (ahh tagalog), it takes a lot jud to start again (tuara nag iningles ma koreksyonan ta ani, atay na!) di nlang lage ko motingog ba.

    hayy ako gipasabot sa low qual, dili pa kaayo experienced, gamay pag skills. i know there's no perfect company but there are better companies. of course if grabe naka'g experience like naa kay six sigma belt or sales churva mangita jud kag mas higher na pay diba? as ive said, lahi lahi ang taw and we have our own personal reasons ngano mostay sa company. and ang ako gipasabot atong meek, low qual etc kay ang new hires. someone posted na naay bag o na agents sa floor
