Questions...seeking answers..

While I know Megauploads, a file sharing service, can be used for piracy but what will happen to the other users who have uploaded legitimate files?

Could other File Sharing Services suffer from the same fate?

and piracy is also possible through any of the cloud services, or even just Emailing the files, is the US going to have the internet shut down?

The Gnutella Peer to Peer Network, BitTorrent Network has been also used for Piracy, will they shut it down to?

If I share my Movie(Ligitimately bought) with my friends online, will i be convicted of Piracy?

Facebook will be expanding system soon by creating a frictionless sharing environment, will it be shutdown too if a person shares illegal materials?

for this i think SOPA will not be an Answer to Piracy.. people will just find another way to share.. unless the whole internet will be censored, nortkorea style.

Possibly. Even [unrelated] sites like Flickr, Dailymotion, and possibly Youtube.

What happened to Megaupload was not related to / had nothing to do with SOPA by the way. In fact, it weakened the case.
