    guys .... keep your comments coming ........ maayo ning daghan tang mashare na opinions and ideas about this problem ..... especially here in cebu city .... kay dako kaayo ug problem ang atong mga brgys. eversince nabalhin na sa consolacion ang ilang labayanan sa basura ..... medyo delikado ang ila agianan .... naa pa gyud instances na kung night time na sila molabay/moagi sa dalan padulong sa dumpsite , naay mga mamato nila .... naa pud instances na alihan ug dagkong mga bato ang ilang agianan ....maong maglisod sila molahos padulong sa dumpsite ...... naa sad usahay mga tao na mag atang ug panghadlukon ang mga drivers and loaders of the garbage trucks coming from cebu city .... tsk...tsk...tsk... unsaon na lang ......

    it will be only solved if and only if we start to discipline ourselves first. so far sa akong 28 years of existence, pipila lang ang nagabuhat anang discipline labi nas garbage control, the rest kay wala. IMHO
