ive tried golauncher and installed some themes but i prefer the stock arrangement of gingerbread. what i would want is just to make the icons and texts of my homepage/applications crispier and neat. btw, have u tried setcpu on your galaxy y? if ever, how wass it?

Setcpu really didnt do anything for me... As far as overclocking is concerned,
armv6 cant go any higher than 832mhz... Didnt use the underclocking though...
Also tried lcd density modder but ended up soft bricking my phone... But it doesnt mean
you shouldnt try it. It was more on carelessness on my part...
