it would definitely depend on the ocassion, or kung asa imong lakaw.
i prefer flats, because i am way taller than most everyone I hang out with, and its so tiring to walk around in high heeled shoes.
but it is sexy to be in high heels.

Flats are definitely more comfy. But there are times that one needs to wear high heels sad gyud.
I used to work for a bank, and we were encouraged to wear heels kay mas bagay sa uniform namo
ang high heeled shoes.

about an inch to 1 1/2 ra akong kaya. I prefer to walk comfortably than high heels makawala sa glamour if you're not used to it and you have tired achey feet. Bad for the posture too. I can't wear totally flats too it strains my lower leg muscles. Comfort is number 1 for me.
