    Default Valley Front Hotel Cebu City


    What can I say about this place?huh....bati.Honestly speaking,they gave us the 700 something room where in fact 950 ang supposed to be our room nga gipareserve.The worst thing is,free breakfast daw.Good Luck.Manluspad nlng ka hinulat sa food.Nahuman na ang lunch,ilang breakfast,wala pa gserve.mapodpod nlng imung fingers cge dial sa phone para mkaisturya ang naa sa reception area.ingnun ra ka,"ok mam,akong ifollow up sa kitchen" den mao ra.from 7am to 1pm cge mi wait sa breakfast.hangtod kami nlng nangadto sa ila kitchen to tell dem nga wlai brikfast niabot sa amo rom.for 2 days,ingun ana amu xperience ani nga hotel.My God...dpat nla iimprove ilang services.BATI KAAU!The sad thing here is,f foreigner ang guest,nndot au cla ug service..super.bt f locals ra??haha gudluck!So pra sa mga taw nga ngplan nga mstay dd2,dpat taas mo ug pcencya nd dpat magbaon nlng mo ug food.Wla pa jud clai room service nga mohinlo sa room..anu ba yan.....ambt nlng jud..ang food,bugnaw pirmi..24hrs daw ila kitchen but wla jud mi nkaexperience nga gservan mi dd2 ug mga init pa ang food.i swir..sa tnan2 hotels ako ntry,pinakaworst ni nga hotel..

    maagian nako ni everyday before, ila gina portray hotel daw sila, pero mura raman ni queensland ila service..

    Hala luuya gud diay nimo iaminki...basin nagkadungan lang ta ug check-in sa ilang hotel...my first time was in December when I was with my cousin and she booked thru online booking sa Agoda...kon sa Agoda kay walay Free Breakfast, so we paid for our breakfast and in fairness maau man ilang service sa foods...second nakong stay kay ako na lang ug walk-in guest rako, i paid 780.00 sa ilang single bed sa 3rd level..i never had any problem so far...
    With regards sa imong gipa-reserved nga room, imposible kaau nga i-downgrade imong room if you book ahead of time and confirmed it 7 days before you're arrival (this is coming from their reservation officer)..if that was the case then you should have demanded for refund pilay difference. I am looking at their website now ug ang standard room rate is Php 780.00 for single occupancy, if you have a partner (considered as extra person, they charged 200 per pax)...if you chose the Standard Twin Bed (of course with two single beds), ang rate ani kay Php 950.00...
    Sa ikatulo nakong balik dha sa Valleyfront Hotel kay katong pagka-Biernes before sa Sinulog 2012. Pag checked in nako, the FO asked me to select na lang for my breakfast since full house jud ilang 126 rooms para ma schedule on time akong pamahaw...mejo na delay gyud ug 10 mins...i was able to talk to their manager nga niapil sa dispatching sa breakfast and she told me nga nagka-problema jud ang usa nila ka chef...
    Tingale, wala ka nagpa schedule daan sa imong breakfast iaminki...or basin pagtawag sa FO sa imong room para ma-place imong order wa sad ka unya pagka-ugma ni demand dayun ka sa imong pamahaw...hay kalami!

    no offend ha, i can sense nga ang tawong gutom pa kay aburido ug ulo ug kusog moyawyaw (peace!)

    With regards sa mga foreigners nga guest, how did you know nga mas lamang ang ilang service nga gihatag? Nag wonder lang ko gamay... kay ako local guest man baya ko...
