Question about International Txt Messaging

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place. So, my bad if I shouldn't put this question up here.

I am just curious if anyone here knows of the exact (or range) of cost of sending and receiving (if receiving will also cost me) text messages from abroad?

I still reside here in the Philippines and my current plan is with Globe (postpaid), and I've been txting a friend who is currently in the US who is using AT&T or Verizon. I'm not exactly sure. But either way, I'm wondering if anyone knows as to how much it would cost me to send and receive SMS messages between an international cellular provider and Globe?

If anyone knows the cost for calling or receiving calls as well, I'll appreciate the information too.

and pwd raman ka maka use og 3rd party app if u have an android phone or iphone
or BBM para convenient wifi or 3g lng need nmo ^_^

receiving international SMS is free.
for sending international SMS i guess its P15 or 20.
