PayPal Account is free but if need ka mgtransact (buy stuffs or get paid), you will need to link your account with Credit Card or Debit Card.. common dri is UnionBank EON..

What I did:

1. Registered a personal account sa Paypal.
2. Apply for an EON debit card from Unionbank. (It will take around 1-2 weeks before marelease ang card. Naa sad ni payment. Den andam lang og 100 to deposit sa imu account. This will be used para sa verification process.)
3. Register your eon account online. Refer to unionbank's website.
4. Verified paypal account by linking debit card account. Paypal will charge you around $2 from your eon. Don't worry. It will be refunded once verified. Follow the instruction in unionbank's website for this step.
5. You're good to go...
