TS, my only advice is most researchers today agree, on average, it takes three weeks of doing something to make it a habit. So that means to break your habit of smoking, you have to at least avoid smoking for three full weeks for your body to stop craving, and in theory after that 3 weeks, you shouldn't worry about cold turkey symptoms. Quit smoking aids only help the withdrawal symptoms, and ang importante jud ky will-power. Nicorette gum and all those other aids may also help, but they are only supplementary.

used to be chain smoker and quited over a decade already. it is considered greatest achievement. once you're already a heavy smoker it is very hard to stop especially when you're always with friends... it only needs mind set to stop smoking
just quit.. only you who can do it...
