I was browsing the web and I accidentally found a shop named "2_Way Surplus" in Mandaue City. No specific address.

The ad was quite old though...Jan 2010...almost 1 year...

Just wondering if the said shop:

- is still operating
- where in Mandaue City exactly
- anybody had dealings with them in the past? any comments?
