you need to upload your image/pic to an imagehost website
some overrated imagehost sites:
photobucket.com
imageshack.us
1] upload image
2]copy url of image then paste it in between the open/close img tags
example: (URL of my avatar after uploading it to imageshack is http://img110.imageshack.us/img110/4728/z0suaspma9.gif )Code:[img]insert url of image here[/img]
I copied the url and placed it inbetween the img tags like so.
