    aku I know hot to loose weight in just a month. hahaha.. I manage to loose 10lbs in 2 weeks time. ahahha. No rice, excercise, less calorie intake tapos more calories burned..

    pero with the help of a metabolism booster. Slimina akng gamit na capsule. wala man sad side effects akng na feel, excepts kauhaw.. nya hyper active kau ku. heheheh

    i was 240lbs before.
    rice was unlimited sa akong meals.
    when i cut it to 1cup per meal, niubos ko sa 230lbs in 1 month. wow na amaze ko so akong gipadayun until now. i noticed also nihinay na ug naug akong weight karon nga 190lbs ko. basin kusug lang gyud munaog ang timbang if obese ka gikan.
    i also bought ellyptical machine diri sa buy and sell section worth 3k. sulit kaayu kay uwaw man ijogging sa gawas kun maguntol untol ang tambok sa imong lawas. ingon ang doctor nako nga mu sag jud kuno ako skin gikan sa pagka-obese. he added, ayaw sa pag weight lifting until dili ko ma lean kay ma trap daw ang fats sa muscles.

    gamit sad kaayu ang pedometer application sa iphone. naa koy 5km alarm using my phone naka set everyday.
    gamit sad ang alarm sa akong phone nga gi set na nako para mu remind sa akong cardio excercises.

    and important, i instill sa mind nga dili immediate ang epekto sa cardio exercises. it will take about 6 mos daw para makita jud ang result, and it will take years pa para pwede na ibutang imo picture ug frontpage sa magazines.

    there's this diet i adapted from a weight loss program (no advertising man so i will not mention the weight loss program, pm me lang if interested). we enrolled my father on the program, but to keep him interested and disciplined, we had to practice the eating part with him. it's a weight loss program that doesn't rely on exercise, however, it doesn't mean that you should not exercise. Exercise is necessary gihapon for your health, but not necessary for losing weight with this program. if you add exercise to the program, you will lose more weight than when you wouldn't of course.

    anyway, the diet part that i adapted was simply eating the right way and in the right proportions, doesn't mean nga magpagutom. when you eat, eat fruits first, amount equal to your open palm (one apple would be good. the fruits that are best are apples and pears kay they have more fiber and water. the meaty fruits like mango are not highly recommended kay they have lots of sugar and less fiber). sayup daw na nga i-ulahi ang fruits, because it helps prepare your stomach and also creates a blanket of fiber for easy sweeping of the slower digested food like meat. next you eat your veggies the same portion as your fruits. at this point, busog2x na jud ka. then you go to your protein. the portion is the size of your fist clenched. then your carbo, the size of the cup you make when you put your hands in a cup position.

    i realized with the new diet that i had been eating less protein and more carbo. mao if i cut back my carbo, i get really hungry. but if you eat with the right proportions, you don't necessarily get hungry as easily as you used to.

    i'm not big, but i was able to lose about more than 5 pounds in weeks, with no exercise. and maintaining this eating habit, it has helped me and my father keep the new weight. my father lost more than an inch around the waist the 1st week on the program and continued to lose more with no exercise. now that the program has ended, and simply because he needs exercise since he is always sedentary, i'm getting him to do the 4 minute exercise that coach jim from biggest loser taught a few of us when we met him. same exercise he uses to warm his team up during the show and same exercise that can really help runners.

    also, cut your intake of sweets, softdrinks, instant coffee. when you want to have snacks, eat an apple.

    follow this simple rule also:
    for breakfast, eat like a king
    for lunch, eat like a prince
    for dinner, eat like a pauper...

    in half a week, i lost a pound.. haha. bago ra man ko gasugod aning healthy lifestyle..

    before, i ate 6x a day, pretty much whatever.. pirmi sad fastfood.. now, i still eat 6x a day but gi-replace na nako akong snacks with fruits (bananas or kanang dole nga mixed fruits - 80 calories only).. akong breakfast is oatmeal.. i eat half-rice during mealtimes.. lisod pilion ang sud-an kay dli man akoy magbuot sa lutuon dre sa balay..

    nag-gym na sad ko.. cardio mostly.. question mga master, unsay routine nga recommended kung mag cardio + weight training? like unsay unahon? ug pila ka minutes mag cardio?

    weight loss nsad... hehehe don't drink water.. you'll lose weight on the next day.. or cut off your leg you'll lose a lot of weight maybe 30lbs or more.. hehehhee focus on fat loss...
