pwede ra ka sa barangay mo kuha ug permit, dako ang imo magasto kon sa city hall ka magprocess, kon naa na kay pwesto pwede naka mag start nya at same time process sa papers. basta below 50k imo capital pwede ra sa barangay, mag survery ka daan sa place about foot traffic and competitors....observe sa mga carenderia nearby kon dagahn ba customer.....
