The label says it all: SAMPLE - NOT FOR SALE. You should call or personally talk to the owner of the pharmacy and say, "hey, you sold me a sample which is ILLEGAL, so what you need to do is give me my money back plus I get to keep the sample, otherwise the BFAD will know about this!" Hehehe, of course, the ethical thing to do is report this drugstore to the BFAD right away. But this is almost a common/regular occurrence with drugstores. Most drugstores sell samples. In the Phils, lots of people get away with skirting the law. What else is new?
