not recommended ang no rice bro. at least eat ug rice inig ka morning pero ayaw daghan. then udto ug panihapon pwde naka mag no rice.... then if you really want a program try searching it in google encode your weight waistline and etc.. ka kita ko site nga ing ana sa una then automatic mo hatag kung unza nice nga program para sa imo. or go to the gym and ask a gym instructor.
