This iidea is good but hard to achieve. There's a big chance that the very poor pinoys will give up their nationality in exchange for a better government service and good paying work.

But there are still better ideas out there that could solve the problems of our nation that you've mentioned.

on the other hand, what the thread starter is asking is like shooting for the stars. we kicked them out from subic base and just recently convicted their army trooper. worst, refuse the US request for him to be under their custody.
