What can you say about Kiener hills in Mactan?

Hi im new here in Cebu, Originally from Manila. Would like to ask your opinion about living in Kiener hills in Mactan. Any comments? BTW Tagalog or english reply sana.. thanks...

im not yet familliar with this by mom maybe shes in real estate, i can only comment on the location thou...

if you are talking about condo in lapu2x... the location is in brgy matumbo... so basicly in the middle of busy district in lapu2x... close to airport, close to city hall, a bit far from the hospital but accessible close to MEZ and very much close on Shopping Mall like Gaisano Mactan....

For me the location is ok.. When I visited the location I saw several un tenanted units... Considering that their price is at 1.5M for a 36sqm and some company is renting the units at 29t per month for a furnished unit... Thus im wondering why there are so many un occupied units?

most probably developer/owner is not that reliable i.e. bad maintenance etc...

We live in the city, me and my kid but my partner has a unit here. . . basically its been a little getaway for me and my kid from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

It's like a little limbo world to unwind after a week of work and school. my kid loves the kiddie swimming-pool by the shade of the big tree, if we opt for a beach or little boat trips for snorkeling its easier to get off from this point. And when my partner has scheduled trips abroad he doesn't have to spend so much time at the airport or travelling as he dumps his luggage earlier and comes back to spend time with us!

We've been happy here for 3-4yrs now.

there are two renting/leasing/selling companies running here, SDR and lancaster, and a condo corp. . . . we are with SDR ever since

Matumbo-Pusok rd., kanang Seaweeds nilang gitawag. Atbang anang vacant lot, kanang road at the back of gaisano-mactan pero mas duol ni siya sa airport, Marina mall og White Castle.
