Grad the opportunity! Reality lang ta. Bahala na si company mag gukod nmu... ANA LANG NA!!! LET COMPANY B PROTECT YOU... Company's secure/protect thier OWN!!!... so let them do what they need to do... Wala pa koy nadunggan nga na priso tungud kay ni grab xa sa opportunity...

company A: offered 60k salary, signed contract with company A then.

2 days later company B called and offered 84k salary. informed them i already signed contract with company A. they informed me just to show up at the interview. showed up at the interview with company B and offered 84k salary. informed them that i have signed already a contract with company A and should i resign within 6 months then i have to pay them the equivalent of 2 months salary which is 120k. company B offered me again contract, this time 94k and they are willing to buy out my 2 months penalty (120k) from company A

dilemma:
Company A - will not release me UNLESS i pay 120K (2 months penalty)
Company B - will not pay company A 120K UNLESS i will work on my first day with them

ending: worked with company A ky wala koy 120k na ibayad ug dili man mag hatag daun ang company B kwarta sa company A ky nahan sila mag start ko daun.

Kasulay ko ani. We were about to finish our management training sa usa ka steel corporation. Niabot dayon ang offers gikan sa usa ka dako nga beverage corporation. Most of us turned the offer down pero diha ju'y 2 nga nadala. Though mas nindot ang package gioffer sa nipirate, most of us stayed because of delicadeza. (Sila'y nagtrain, unya lain mopahimulos.)
