my license expired sept 2011,, and im planning na ipa renew nako.. naay penalty fee para renewal ani due to na expired na cya for 4 months?

Kung naa man gani, basin gamay ra kay 4 months ra man kaha. Ang akoa more than 5 years na-expire 1,800 akong penalty.
