You don't understand cause you don't open your mind. It relates directly to the issue. They're discussing the philosophy behind the government making laws and regulations. That the reason about this bill being created will not fix the issue and it oversteps the role of a government.

And don't think about banning me or them or whatever cause I am new. And you don't understand the discussion or terminology.

I say let the hospitals continue doing this.

1. People have the free will and choice to make stupid decisions like pay a hospital to work somewhere.

2. The Hospital has the right to sell jobs if the market/consumers will buy it. Which they are.

3. If it becomes a issue let the Civil Courts handle it.

People will eventually complain about why other professions don't have to do it or they'll stop going to those places for work.

Government doesn't really need to intervene.

You can make a law stopping this but they can always circumvent like outsource nursing jobs to HR Firms to be managed.

This doesn't fix the issue anyway of the oversupply of nurses in the Market. or the low pay. or the increasing cost of the education. or the large amount of medical people going abroad to work.

it might stop hospitals or the general practice continuing. But that's it.

I'm not into philosophy. They were the ones that lead it to that. Not me so don't point fingers. You have the people mixed up. You mentioned 2 individuals. NOT THREE. But what they talk about actually relates to the sole problem.

It's a Free Market Issue so no don't ban or blacklist hospitals cause of it. People state their support of it or rejection of it and the reason or "PHILOSOPHY" for why. You don't need to get into politics like that and all the fricken economy theories. But it still relates on how to fix the issue.

I agree with them that BANNING hospitals and sending admin to jail ....will not fix the issue. It's a Market Issue and Cultural Issue. not a CRIMINAL Issue. It comes to a philosophy on what government should do and what a market should behave like.

So no don't make this law.
