-- PAMAHAW OG LUGAW then ayaw na paniodto or panihapon hahaha then inomlang tubig og di jud makaya lugaw then isa ka sky flakes taga adlaw
-- then matulog ka kay kanang alas 12 a.m- 4. am ra
-- pag sayaw sayaw og shake shake sa hips 2 hours before you sleep og two hours after you wake up
--- then sigeg huna huna og problema hahaha e stress imong mind

mag oatmeal ra ka for the whole week... hehe... buntag udto hapon, mao ray kan on... and plenty of liquids(PLAIN WATER) havent tried this though... although someone told me to include boiled chicken or vegies/ gluten(meat substitute) too...... hmmmmmm

yes, oatmeal for the whole week, at least maski sa breakfast lang. dont eat 2-4 hours before you sleep. jogging sa abellana will also help you a lot.![]()
