Hello guys , just a quick question .

How do you guys train the dogs ? I have a Dobie and I dont mind getting involved yet my very big question is , how would the training go ? Who would train the dogs ? How will the dogs be oriented with search and rescue ?

Our group Cebu Dog Scout just have a conversation to Mr. Shio Cortez of the Central Visayas Search & Rescue (CEVSAR) for the acquaintance and in-parnertship tomorrow at Bereau of Fire Protection Regional Office. We will be having meeting regarding the schedule for the cross-training/lecture for Incident Command System(ICS),Basic Canine Water Rescue and Survival and Basic Canine Rope Rescue Training.

nice question sir, regarding the training, we are trying to coordinate with a trainer and hopefully we could start training by this weed end. maybe not this sunday because it is new year but if the group is fine with it then there is no prob. we plan to have the training every sunday and we plan to just meet in a place where the trainer would recommend. there is no membership fee but we would have to divide all the expenses. it would be great to have you and your dobe to join us.
