    For the last 7 years that I have been working in the BPO Industry I can truly assess that it is always bumpy when something new sprouts.

    Do you know how our planet earth was formed, before all this beauty came to what is it now, there were fire, harsh weather conditions, ice age, rumblings, stones, bumps, noise, etc.

    Before a baby is born, the mother has to go through all the pain, all the struggle to be able to grow a beautiful baby.

    This is the same with Teleperformance - Cebu. People do not understand all the part of birth pains. Everybody knew that TP - Cebu is new and that like Sykes, like People Support, like Etelecare, when we all started, we had issues, we had problems. Sometimes management can act on things quickly, sometimes it takes corporate approval for something to be changed.

    For those who left TP because they were dissatisfied, we are very sorry of your dissatisfaction. Everyone has their own right to air out concerns, to think their own thoughts and to decide on how they want their lives to go on. We respect you for leaving and we are proud that you stood up and made a decision.

    Personally, I would say, that we are thankful to all those who complained, all those who aired out concerns, all those who mumbled, because WE LEARNED, We CHANGED, and IS BECOMING BETTER.

    To JCGOYONG, Im really glad you stayed. We cannot promise heaven to everyone, we cannot please everybody, but all I could say is that we are striving to be better always.

    wow... never knew this part of the story. Im pretty PR when it comes to the floor and I havent heard anything about half of the stories here...

    CCM being termed... Possible but may not be. I do know he was just waiting for something
    Dec3 ACCM did resign but she was happy about it. If it was site issues, she could have gone back to her original site anytime - Bacolod
    2 ACCMs resigning? - this, i didnt know.
    I know for a fact though that 1 ACCM had a negative feedback from ops people
    the Other ACCM though - I Have NO IDEA.
    in fact, what I do know, theyve promoted 1 TL into ACCM
    Everyone knows TP's 1st account. whats wrong with naming AT&T Mobility?
    It is true that LUZON peeps left since they only came in to HELP, Theyre not here to stay UNLESS if they took a PROMOTION
    What I know is, if TP Cebu doesnt improve, The LUZON peeps will come back - /shrugs
    with regard to attendance, I believe it has been noted that mass resignation will occur after 13th month pay
    close to 70agents Resigned/AWOL/got TERMED - removing people from the head count - Factors affecting site performance

    I look at these things as The boat is getting a GENERAL CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
    if it is indeed sinking...
    How come I am seeing incoming positions Opening
    Forecasted 21 slots for Supports (SME)
    Updates still running in CCMS - few from BOSS I himself
    If this is correct, dugay ra unta nawad-an ug gana ang mga ops people
    and I dont see that either - I see them partying instead
    Im seeing dedication from each TLs since theyre cleaning up the mess that was left for them
    In fact, in the bigger picture, why would TLs extend their time at work doing something if mawagtang nlng man ang account

    My Logic is saying the boat is starting to sail, It is just about to leave its Dock

    whichever the story goes, we will see
    Ill stick to what I see now, and we shall see what becomes with the Inevitable

    P.S.
    i did hear something about "a BIG change is happening"
    but that statement is a dual edge blade

    I agree about bumpy starts, but TP isn't the only BPO who started out in Cebu. And the "bumps" you claim are too much compared to the others who came to Cebu before TP did.

    The mass resignation and the very low service levels tell us that something really is wrong. Make this your challenge for the year 2012. Merry Christmas!

    It's Christmas! at least let the TP people be happy...so that everyone can be happy...hehehe leave the past behind...wala naman ta sa TP so ila nanang problema. I heard about all those resignations from higher ups but I no longer care if its true or not. I saw it coming when I was still in TP...I know one way or another people will be leaving. But there are always others coming in to try their luck...especialy the VIRGINS. so good luck everyone...and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Cheers!

    meaning, expect the right amount of calls coming in, a few weeks from now

    and im assuming theyll be doing the same as soon as ITR comes out
    since there is a possibility na naa nasay mawagtang ani nga time
    but unsure since magstart nsad ang training...
    training has postponed for the xmas season, no new teams coming in until the 1st or 2nd week of january
    thats what ive notice
    i may be mistaken
    oist @jcgoyong, is it true they're on panic hiring now to compensate the drastic decrease of manpower or wala lang? are there changes or developments with the pay and management style? hehe curious lang.

    panic hiring? ha? i dont think so... i do have a friend in recruitment and ingon sya wala na sila nag hiring kay 2nd week of jan pa ang next training...
    theyre accepting applicants but they arent hiring yet. as far as i know
    and 1 of my referrals is also awaiting his sched

    yeah. there are changes, just scroll back to the previous page. everything i know are written in black and white

    Such nice statements. Unfortunately, anything you say is tainted by the fact that your credibility is basically ZERO. You denied working for TP when you are actually part of the HR team. You then struggled to defend HR and insisting that you are unbiased observer.

    So pardon us if we don't exactly believe what you are saying now.
