@jcgoyong: you've had a speech there! hehe.. but i definitely agree with you.. as i always keep on saying in my previous posts, everything's actually getting better now in TP. like what was mentioned by jcgoyong there will be additional benefit like the HMO once you reach 3 months of tenure, the rice subsidy and most importantly the hours tenure. with all those benefits in lined for the agents, im pretty sure that the pay will now be better as well.

@mom_in_cebu: i know who you are. and you know me very well too... As your friend, its a good thing that you quit. You havent missed that much though coz i know what your earning now is still much better than what we earn here. Look where you will be heading soon D****! hehehe.. I'll surely miss u i__'s...

TelePerformace, 14k basic + 2k experience premium (+20% ND) KPI bonus, Sales Incentives, OT almost open OT (every single drop of the clock counts) in a month you can get as much as Php 32,500 w/o OT and before Tax+Deductables... so that means you really need to perform. we are in the office to work and to do our besi in any job that we have regardless of what kind and what company we are in to. sakto jud...the last time I heard attendance was 39% and going lower...mura na daw dili call center. ang mga TL ug SME ga take na daw ug call. ang work force ge final warningan pa jud sa americano nga dagko ug tae sa TP kay sabaan daw cgeg shagit2x. hilom na daw kaau ang floor ang agents nga nahabilin queue kaayo. ge tawagan ko sa ako TL last night pabalikon ko..well, kung apason nila akong bag-o nga sweldo karon nga 20k+ aw balik ko...plus all the benefits. pero kung dili then no thanks.
