Speaking about bias, the President, if you remember, admitted publicly that he was biased on the issue of the rights of Marcos' burial in the LNMB earlier this year and so delegated the task to VP Binay. After months of much studying and consultations, the Vice President made his recommendations which PNoy relegated to the trash bin. Subsequently, the President made a biased -- by his own admission -- decision against the burial request. Now he accuses the Supreme Court Justices to be making decisions that are biased. The question is: why is it right for him to make biased decisions, by his own admission, affecting the rights of the late President to be buried at the LNMB; and, not okay for the SC Chief Justices to be ALLEGEDLY biased as PNoy believes? And why does the Palace harp on the significance of the number of Congressmen -- 188 -- that signed the Articles of Impeachment sans peruse of it, but completely ignored the 219 Representatives that signed Congressman Escudero's resolution with full knowledge of what they signed? This isn't about the burial anymore as I have already said we are NOT appealing his decision. This is about the present issue of BIAS in decision making by the highest officials of the land. Okay for him but not for others? When you have the power of the Presidency at your disposal, it can be done but that does not make it right. We are witnessing his definition of "daang matuwid" through his actions. A good weekend to all. Stay safe everyone.

MANILA, Philippines - Deputy Speaker and Cavite Rep. Jesus Crispin Remulla said he has resigned from his leadership post in the House of Representatives but stressed his move has nothing to do with his refusal to sign the impeachment complaint against Chief Justice Renato Corona.

Then after PNOY's appointment of a new Supreme Court Justice, PNOY will then reopen the Hacienda Luisita case, then reverse the supreme court's ruling in favor of the Cojuangco's.. just saying...
